"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

"Great hotel with comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable bed and good air conditioning. We enjoyed having a drink in the hotel bar and the service was always efficient and polite."

"Nice hotel. Not being able to freely use your keycards to come into the hotel if you got home late was a little weird as the staff had to let you in. Also, I get being eco friendly but not being able to lower the Air Con to anything lower than 24 degrees for your room is annoying especially during major heatwaves. Lastly the club has interesting smell of mold? Might need a carpet change a deep cleaning. But overall the hotel was nice."

"Fabulous place for a family break! We stayed here with our five kids, so having a lovely pool was a big plus — and they absolutely loved it! The site was pleasantly quiet and not too busy, and the rooms were decent and comfortable. It was also reasonably priced (except for the breakfast which we didn't go for) and in a great location for exploring Brittany. The medieval town of Clisson and the seaside town of Pornic are both within easy reach, making it a great base for day trips. Overall, a really enjoyable family stay and somewhere we’d happily come back to."

"The building was unique and beautiful. The suite was enormous even for American standard. It looked newly renovated, clean and stylish. The AC was super strong. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly to the children. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough options for everybody. Having the small park and playground next door was a great plus for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Perfect for a Saturday night stop before early Navette bus to the airport as no early trains from Pornic on Sundays. Easy walk into Old town from the hotel through the Chateau. Room small (like in the room we were in, you have to open your suitcase in the room 'hallway' opposite the bathroom). However, rooms are super clean, decent size shower with rainfall and non rainfall head. Shower pressure really good even from the 6th floor! View from room 603 straight out onto Cathedral. Airconditioning in the room, able to turn on/off but the temp is set centrally. Electric blackout blinds in the rooms."

"We have stayed at this hotel before, and really appreciated the central location and comfortable room. However, it was summertime on this visit and the restaurants and bars on the street below were really extremely lively and loud until about 2 AM. On our previous visit there were tiny madeleines on our pillows. On this one there were earplugs. It felt like a warning. That being said, the staff was really sweet and accommodating, and the room nicely appointed. It was really helpful to have our own kitchen. Also, it is great if you are arriving with public transit, but it’s challenging to park a car in the area."
