"Great reception staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. Reception suggested us a good place to eat. Room was clean and tidy, a bit dated compared to the hotel entrance but very comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Would have been good to have some AC instructions in the room, we got very confused with it in the middle of the night. Easy booking via Hotels.com and the secure parking was excellent and at a very good price, albeit a short walk fro the hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the Spa, big shame as it looked lovely."
