"la habitación que me tocó estaba perfecta en limpieza , solo que las persona de limpieza que hace las habitaciones del 2do piso no tiene cuidado golpes en el piso y esto molesta mucho al huésped del 1er piso , por lo de más todo estuvo bien el área quee tocó a mi "

"Overall stay was not the best. We found roaches in our bathroom & mice droplet our last night there. The bed sheets, pillow cases etc (bedding furniture) was nearly a nude color with plenty stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, bed cover and even blanket. We had to tell front desk to bring new everything that were actually clean and white sheets. Dirty crumbs & Burn stays on the blanket as if someone was smoking in the bedroom with no care. Ac/heater doesn’t turn off so we had to unplug it...
