Ficamos uma noite. O restaurante deixou a desejar. Pouca variedade de pratos. O café da manhã foi satisfatório. Os funcionßrios muito atenciosos.

This is a property with some of the best views in Sicily. It is so well maintained and excellent facilities as well. Amanda was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The grounds are beautiful & the hotel beautiful. Christina & Byron were amazing. So helpful and professional. It is quiet and away from city but close enough to get there by taxi or car. I would definitely recommend to friends & family.

The surroundings were absolutely beautiful including the 300 year old magnolia tree. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive. Even found us a driver to take us to the ferry in Milazzo.

Beautiful property..had the Zaharia room. The best..staff was attentive/friendly Food in restaurant could use some love Stayed 3 nights …..would highly recommend About a 20 minute drive to el centro

Flott hotell, feil lokasjon
Gammelt ærverdig bygg hvis lokasjon har blitt ødelagt av motorveien de har plassert mellom hotellet og sjøen. Veldig veldig synd. Flott rom, veldig, og da mener jeg veldig, god støydemping i vinduer og terrasse dør. Digg seng, gode parkeringsmuligheter og sist men ikke minst alltid et smil å få. Ville anbefalt det, men motorveien ødelegger idyllen.

Alleine das Zimmer, Personal und Haus sind eine Reise wert. Einziger Nachteil die Nähe zur Autobahn, was aber auch nicht so schlimm ist.

Prachtige verblijfplaats, zeer mooie statige villa. Bij aankomst was het personeel zeer behulpzaam en lieten ze ons echt welkom voelen. Parkeer mogelijkheden op het terrein dus zeer handig wat betreft bagage. Rustig en stille kamers ( wel langs de autostrade gelegen dus als het raam open staat hoor je dit wel) Locatie ligt op 18 minuten rijden van Messina (waar het bovendien lastig parkeren is). Eetgelegenheden in de buurt zijn zeer beperkt dus een auto is wel echt een must. Verder zijn we wel echt tevreden van ons verblijf! Mooie plek!

A magical experience
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it was an experience for life! This wonderful and magical mansion lived up to all expectations and it was as a picture straight out of the castles from Romeo and Juliet. The garden was a paradise, the mansion was beautiful, while the rooms were clean, highly modern and minimalistic - which made for a really cool combination of the feeling of living as royals in the nineteenth century while still being able to enjoy the feeling of being in a top modern hotel room! The service was out of another world: we arrived after dinner was being served, so the chef stayed behind almost two hours for us alone! We had a personal waiter/waitress for all meals and the service could not have been better! The people working there were really welcoming and warm, and they went out of their way to give us the best experience possible. All in all, this was a magical and beautiful place and I would absolutely love to go back one day!

Une superbe villa neo-classique de famille merveilleusement rénovée avec goût ! Tout est parfait, le service, la chambre, la piscine, le jardin, l’accueil. Vraiment hâte d’y retourner plus longuement!

This is a gem. A small hotel in a beautiful old villa. The service is superb and the rooms comfortable - excellent beds, best linen, excellent bathroom and toiletries. There are 10 rooms, so it is not busy. Very good place to relax. The pool is good and most days we had it to ourselves. You can have food and drink brought to the pool. There are pool towels and a person there pus out lounger cushions and towels for you. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Zagara room which is spacious and has a big balcony at the front over looking the sea. I think this is the best room. There is food in the evening which is top quality and at a reasonable price - €15 for a main course. A perfect place for a quiet and private stay. I would return to stay if I can. The villa is close to a busy road, so there is background traffic noise all day into the evening.

Excellent service, terrific hotel
The hotel was outstanding and the service excellent. A call to reception a day before we arrived confirmed an airport pickup and diner delayed until we arrived - late courtesy of British Air... the staff were friendly and accommodating. We only stayed overnight as we were in transit. But both of us commented that we were sad not to be able to stay longer. Great food including breakfast the following morning.

Soggiorno da dimenticare
Soggiorno da dimenticare presso questo hotel bellissimo esteriormente, ma gestito da gente assolutamente incapace di mettere a proprio agio i clienti. Abbiamo soggiornato lì per assistere ad un concerto allo stadio di messina e insieme ad altri ospiti, al rientro dal concerto mediante navetta predisposta dall'hotel, data la tarda ora, la grande distanza dal centro città e la cucina dell'hotel chiusa, abbiamo chiesto di poter ordinare qualcosa da mangiare dall'esterno. Con nostra grande sorpresa abbiamo ricevuto dalla proprietaria dell'hotel una telefonata in camera, con cui venivamo accusati di non aver compreso l'alto livello dell'hotel, in cui non è assolutamente consentito introdurre cibo dall'esterno. Al termine della telefonata i proprietari in pantofole e vestaglia (questo perchè si tratta di un hotel di un certo livello!) sono scesi nella reception, dove hanno licenziato, mortificandola davanti ai nostri occhi, una bravissima dipendente, rea di aver provato ad esaudire la nostra richiesta. Faccio presente che tra noi era presente anche una donna incinta rimasta digiuna e che i proprietari volevano perfino impedirci di uscire con i nostri mezzi, poichè ciò avrebbe comportato disagio a loro che avrebbero dovuto aspettarci svegli per riaprirci il cancello d'ingresso. Il giorno dopo neppure una parola di scuse o un gesto per rimediare alla mortificazione subita da noi e dalla loro dipendente. Comportamento davvero inqualificabile. Professionalità zero.

Wonderful hospitality
We arrived in the evening, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange a dinner for us at we had not eaten. They went out of their way to be hospitable. This was much appreciated. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, thoroughly modern inside, with absolutely spectacular grounds. We hope to stay their again in the future.
