"The property surpasses the description!
I would call this a nouveau boutique hotel ! Ultra modern. Stellar location. On the major bus line to and from airport. Only 500 m away is the airport.
Close to cafe, bar, gelato and wonderful restaurant recommended by the owner. Lovely garden area to sit in and enjoy a bottle of wine.
The price was extremely reasonable ! The experience we had was beyond what we expected. Terrific value for the money!!!

"All of the staff from front of house to the restaurant to housekeeping were friendly and approachable.
The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was great with a good water pressure.
The only thing missing was refreshment facilities in the room for hot drinks. Otherwise a perfect stay and definitely would stay here again."

"Although we only stayed one night because we had a flight out the following day, we were really pleased with everything about this hotel.
It has a lot of character and the decor and furniture were impressive. A unique place!

"There was ample parking available. The bus stop that takes you into Venice proper was just a hundred meters away. Our property was a cute cabin that was private and comfortable. The property was unique withe the lodge, cabins, and glamping right along side a sheep herd and donkeys. I was concerned about noise from airport, but that really wasn't a factor at all."

"Our room was in top shape and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; had so many many choices and early morning also. Location of motel was great, just a few blocks walk to the bus. I would use this motel again."
