"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"The hotel is extremely beautiful and completely spotless. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Shuttles were on time and with plenty room.
The hotel is let down by some of the staff who are not super friendly and we didn’t always feel welcomed. The aircon in our room was also broken. We ordered two coffees to our room and had to pay 24 euros for the pleasure. The pool is only open in summer months. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Really quite convenient - relatively easy and frequent access to Venice (Island).
The staff were remarkable! Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! We’d highly recommend the breakfast that’s included!
Admittedly, we were a little underwhelmed by the rooms, though we were out all day, so it didn’t really matter!"
