Hotel Independent di Metamora

"The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup...

"My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗"

"The Concierge was helpful, welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in. The hotel has a beautiful layout. The breakfast spread one of the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the pool, gym and bar. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful visit. "

"I needed a cheap one night sleep with a pool. To save you the confusion.. it's no longer quality inn . It's Baymont.. that's should save you some worry like I had."
