The man who checked me in was horrible at his job, took him 20 minutes to get me checked in then I went to my room 329 and the door was so damaged u could stick something in and pop the lock, I called him and explained to him I didn’t feel safe. The first response I received was there were no other rooms available, but I knew that wasn’t true because I just booked and they had multiple rooms available. After telling him a second time that I didn’t feel safe he told me to come down and he would give me another room. I walked down to the lobby and he was on the phone cursing at someone right in the lobby. So he continued his call and helped me at the same time. Whoever was on the phone was another worker trying to help him help me and he said I got this and hung up in their face. He did explain to me that he is a manager, that’s bad for business, not professional at all. I’ve never had any issues at this location before and I stay for work at least once a month. Unfortunately this was the last time.
