"My studio had two balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Argostoli and the other looked over the beautiful swimming pool. The location was wonderful for me, it is basically in arural area with continuous birdsong and butterflies. The location makes it a very relaxing stay. The cleaning was excellent, Marianne kept my studio sparkling and she is the smiliest person. She also helped me to use the washing machine which was all in Greek. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "The staff were fabulous and hotel was in a great location. Room was very small and such low beds which made it very difficult to get in and out of and the wooden frame jutted out so constantly hitting your ankles! Same with the balcony furniture for getting in and out of . So low especially for older people . No kettle in room either which was disappointing."
