"We planned this trip because we had a great time when we stayed here a few years ago and were ready to relax/process grief. We were super disappointed this time around. We got to the property and there was broken glass all over the ground. We had our dog with us so we were hyper vigilant that she did not step on anything throughout our stay. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night.
