"This hotel offers so much with your stay, and I would absolutely reserve here again. The staff was amazing — so polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests.
I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism.
