Cari Hotel Kapsul di Mettupalayam

"Helpful staff"

"The room was huge and so was the bed. The pillows were big and bouncy. I requested a small soft pillow and it was brought to me. It suited me better. Nothing was missing. The staff were lovely, helpful and eager to please. The food was great."

"The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay!"

"Other than the people working there and location access nothing whatsoever is good here. The room was dirty, washroom clogged, vent had a light on - bright enough to keep the entire room bright all night, sheets extremely dirty and grey, bar snacks and drinks expensive for basic coke and candy. No gym, no pool, no spa, nothing. Only best thing is when I complained, the people at the front desk were quick enough to get them fixed. For the price they ask, I expected much more decent experience....

"Breakfast is good"

"Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."

"Nice hotel with great staff!"

"Good place to stay."
