"Shuttle was very convenient all staff were friendly and hotel was clean."

"good services"

"Room was very nice except when I saw hair on the bathroom floor and the shower floor I had second thoughts about cleanliness. It took one hour to be picked up at the airport…their excuse was tied up in traffic. Maybe a second shuttle should be used during peak periods. We had a very tasty soup in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good. I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years and I may never stay in one again."

"The hotel was great, clean, and great customer service. It is only missing a restaurant it would be be great if there was one."

"Friendly staff, taxi in site, restaurants and view from our room. Used the laundry service."

"The location was perfect for celebrating the activities of the day of the dead. It was close to the parade and close to the main court. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"place was clean and nice and location is great"

"Staff was super friendly, helpful and mostly I felt like they wanted me to be there. Felt welcomed from the day I checked in until checkout. Would definitely stay again"

"Just a clean room and very helpful employees."
