"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming and answered all questions we had. The superstars of the property were each of the valet team. They were exceptional and really understand hospitality as opposed to service. The only weak spot was the poor guy working the pool on Saturday the 13th. He did excellent given what he was given. Super friendly and hardworking. MANY demanding guests at the pool that day. And he handled it all with patience and grace. However, the hotel management...

"Great location"

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"Beautiful hotel even with the renovations going on. Check in easy, clean rooms, beautiful view from the windows. Bathroom hanging mirror was falling off, called front desk and they upgraded to a new room free of charge. Valet parking is the way to go."
