The communication was brilliant with Luisa and the room was clean, had everything we needed and serviced everyday. We had great day trips to Lucca, Livorno and Florence - we would recommend without hesitation."

"Good family room for an overnight stay, with a queen bed & 1 single, an ensuite & a tv. Plenty of towels and parking. Was a 7-10 mins walk to a local pizzeria for supper. Left early for our Pisa flight & was just 10 mins drive away, so very convenient."

"As views go I can only say Wow!!!
Ideal
Place to stay with restaurants close by. Taxi dropped us off outside. The room was big for a family although the steps to the upstairs were steep for children and I was worried about my daughter falling.
The only downside to this is the bathroom smell was terrible, more like fish but it made me sick.
My sister in law stayed in the room below and said they had no smell."
