"Great stay and experience, we loved La Spezia as a whole. Definitely recommend. Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily. "Hotel Porto Roca is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are brand new - super clean, modern, wonderful bathroom. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel . "

"Si vous pouvez avoir une chambre avec balcon c’est mieux, mais sinon le jardin compensera! La vue est magnifique et le calme fait du bien après la foule des villages. Hébergement simple, propre et avec l’essentiel. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et rend volontiers service. Le seul bémol: on entend un peu les occupants des autres chambres, mais c’est tout à fait acceptable. Un très bon rapport qualité prix, hébergement « sans chichis » 😉"

"I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel il Nido. The views of the ocean were stunning from the restaurant at the hotel and from sunning deck, which were just down some steps as you head down toward the beach. The beach is small and only accessible when it is low tide, but the views are stunning. The rooms were nice and clean and the views from our hotel room were nice.
