"Für eine Abbazia viel zu laut ( Party , als wir ankamen ) keine Rezeption besetzt, Zimmer zuerst mit Mängeln. Schade - den die Anlage hat großes Potenzial"

The hotel is located in an quiet rural but and stunning area. The two hosts are always available whenever something pops up."

"The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."

"Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ambiasciatore. The room was huge, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wonderful view. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of most of the Palermo sights. The street outside was busy, but we didn't notice the noise in our room. There is also a great pizza and cocktail place, Crash, right around the corner."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. "Camera pulita e resort ottimo!"

"Struttura davvero bella, personale gentilissimo, terrazza per la colazione veramente fantastica con vista su una delle chiese più belle e iconiche di Palermo ! Colazione abbondante a buffet, camera sempre pulita. Anche se priva di ascensore (in costruzione) il personale è stato gentile e disponibile per aiutarci con le valigie sia quando siamo arrivati che quando siamo andati via. Consigliatissima!"
