"Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! The hotel is located up a flight of stairs (second or third floor), but our room was a half-floor above ground level which meant we didn't have to carry luggage up so far.
