"The hotel is okay there is a lot of variation in room types. We paid extra for a balcony and unfortunately the balcony rooms in the Versaille tower were over the convention center so the air conditioners were extremely loud. There are ashtrays on the balcony and the next door neighbors were smoking which made, this made the balcony useless to us. The ashtray on our balcony had cigarette butts in it when we checked in.
Anything you purchase at the hotel is extremely expensive and has an added 20% charge. The pools and gym are very nice. Food quality is very good but is expensive."
