"You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15."

"The entrance to the hotel reception is not easy to find. They are all friendly and welcoming, but the hotel entrance is best on the side instead of going to the hotel restaurant."

"The property was perfect! Location was optimal, room amenities, staff was helpful and present. Pool was clean, warm, and never crowded. Tons of spots to eat near by. Walgreens right there was helpful. Short and beautiful walk to the beach. 10/10 recommend!"

"Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at UMA House. Our room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was wonderful. I do note that we booked a room for three, and there was only one king bed. There was no sofa for a third person, and very little furniture in the room. Furnishings and decor are very simple. "Pool was nice and warm. The staff was kind. Sushi was delicious. Pool bar drinks are sub par. Location is not the best either. Rooms are small. Hotel lobby needs furniture updates."

"Good hotel. Clean. They let us check in early, all around fantastic experience. The only downside was the shower water pressure was super low, it took forever to shower because of the low pressure. No other complaints."
