"Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Greystone. Marcos and Julie at the front desk were very kind to me and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. I also met Pawan, the head chef and owner of the hotel. He provided excellent hospitality and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and professionalism shown by the staff. I hope to stay here again in the future."

"L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement...

"Breakfast was nice- location wasn't the best and there was noisy road construction occurring in the surrounding block and right outside the hotel- there should have been a reduction in the room rate due to this."

"We love staying at the Esme hotel, on Espanola Way. Not only is the hotel lovely, it is located in the best place of Miami Beach. Español away is full of nice restaurants, and nightlife. And it is only a two block walk to get to the beach. I do want to point out that Sophia at the front desk is one of the friendliest and most helpful people that we have ever met at a hotel! Our hats are off to her!"

"This hotel is well situated for central areas of Miami Beach. The water is about 10 mins by foot and the shops about 5. There are restaurants to suit all tastes. Miami is a fast moving place with lots of expensive cars that want to be looked at. Interesting for a long weekend. "
