"Was so disappointed, the staff shuts the ringer off at the front desk so they don’t have to deal with complaints, then when you call them on it their rude, the room was not what we expected, the roof top was the absolute worst of it all, the paint on the floor was scraping off in huge pieces with just your shoe going across it, they haven’t done any upkeep maintenance to that rooftop in many years and it shows, the maintenance and housekeeping isn’t fixing anything that needs to be done, it doesn’t make sense to pay for maintenance men if their not actually fixing anything, would never ever make that mistake again. "

"The place has so much potential there just few things that ca be fixed such as the bathtub and the dirty collecting by the fridge. But overall okay stay. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"We had a nice stay overall. The rooms are soundproof to outside noise (not inside as we discovered in the AM with the room next to us.) We had a nice corner room with windows looking across the street to the ocean through the buildings across the way. Our bartender was top notch! He made our drinks, brought our food, and was so incredibly personable. But the bed… the comforter was yellowed and had a stain like lipstick on it, but the worst part was the pillows. The pillows are like thinly stuffed down. My husband and I used two and sunk right to the mattress. He said he was up three times during the evening because he couldn’t sleep on flat pillows. I slept on and off because it felt like my head was on the mattress. I’d likely never stay again because of this, or I’d have to travel with one of my own. You need a good night’s sleep. Neither of us got that. BYOP. "
