Fontainebleau Miami Beach
We got a suite and the fridge wasn’t working. We requested it to be fixed multiple times and were just told someone would come but no one would show up. We weren’t given much accommodations considering we got a suite.

I am not happy for what I paid. They don’t even give you a bottle of water. I waited about 30 minutes for shampoo to be delivered to the room.
