"Hotel muy céntrico, moderno, limpio y excelente atención al cliente"

"The bar staff, as always, are nice and friendly"

"The hotel is ok, the staff could be a little more helpful."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms need to be updated with modern equipment, the AC in my room wasn’t working properly. Room didn’t smell good. Maybe the carpet should be cleaned. The elevator was extremely slow"
