"Initially on arrival their system was down with work around. This was an inconvenience and we had just arrived via airplane with no way of showering etc. They did give us a credit which was fine. The food at breakfast was good. The back snack at the bar was below standard. The fries arrived cold, they diced the prawns so you can’t be sure you got what you paid for. They did not have designated pool for adults so we didn’t have noisy kids in every single pool. I think it would be wise to designate a child free pool. Finally, the housekeeper didn’t leave enough towels, then when we got the required amount, our towels were removed yet again leaving barely enough for three people. Bearing in mind, it’s really hot and it requires two to three showers a day. That’s all. We would stay again, but they need to consider these points. Oh and if you want to warm something up - they want to charge $35 just to use a microwave. That’s ridiculous."
