"The property is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out; however, I was shocked of the lack of amenities in the room: no fridge, microwave, or clock. I wasn't too bummed about the microwave, but for there to be no fridge or clock is kinda insane! Not a deal breaker when considering a repeat stay yet, a factor to consider."

"Great stay for Mother’s Day with the family. Check in was amazing, we even got a room upgrade for free. Drinks and food n the pool are great as well as service from everyone. Pool can benefit for some extra cleaning."

"The hotel stuff was nice mostly except this one male front desk clerk who seemed annoyed with me asking for towels.The room was clean but had a bad smell. The location was perfect, beach being a 5min walk, botanical garden walking distance, nice pools on property and beautiful restaurants next to the hotel… Walgreens 24 hr right up the street. Smoke shop, liquor store, clothing store all in the area help the stay go smoothly…"

"The rooms were cute, clean and comfortable! The property itself was also Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and...

"Awesome staff! The old man at the reception was so helpful, efficient and friendly. Our room was dated but that's fine coz we were only there to sleep for the night then headed out the next day for our cruise. You can tell that the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly as there was some hair on it when I wiped it. The hot breakfast was pretty good and a good deal for $12."
