"While the staff members at the hotel were very excellent and always willing to help, the quality of the hotel was lacking. The hotel was very dirty, there was always food and trash on the floor in the hallways. Outside of the pool area, an animal kept pooping right near the water and it would be left on cleaned all afternoon. The bedrooms were also not serviced. We had a reservation for more than four nights and they only came once to get us new towels. We had to request new towels at the front...
