The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match.
The issues started with the elevator. One of them would not close on its own—I literally had to hold the “close door” button the entire time just to get it to move. Otherwise, it would keep opening over and over, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
When I got to my room, things didn’t improve. There were no washcloths, and there were visible dirty spots around the room. The sheets didn’t feel clean,...
