The rooms are dark and dim. The lighting was not great at all. The person at the counter overnight was not pleasant or helpful at all. My phone did not work, I had to call the front desk from my cellular phone and when I complained, he told me this is not his hotel and I would have to talk to the manager in the morning, he was rude and unpleasant. The manager, however, was so pleasant. The next morning she made up for his behavior and made me feel much better.

Front desk staff were friendly, attentive and made the stay enjoyable. They sent text messages through out our stay to make sure we were satisfied they made placing housekeeping requests easy. The location of the hotel provided easy access to 2 dining options and 2 major coffee shops without even crossing the street. It is also located next to a car rental agency should you choose to rent a vehicle. The hotel provides complimentary rides to and from the airport which was easy to confirm and made arriving to the hotel a breeze. It was only a 15 min drive to Miami International Airport, nearby malls, additional dining options and FIU’s main campus which was incredibly convenient. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

The ac was broken so they offered us a fan…. We had to leave in the middle of the night because of this also the property is very dirty the floors are carpet and were very dirty with a lot of stains. The room smelled like pee. Also the shower floor was so nasty we had to shower with sandals. Waited 15 minutes in front desk and nobody was there. Also a lot of guests were complaining downstairs at the lobby for other reasons. Also the elevator can go up to any floor without a card key, to me that was so dangerous anyone can go inside the elevator and have access to any floor. The walls and inside the elevator were in bad conditions like people use to smash the walls and elevator doors. I felt very insecure and unsafe at this place. Never coming back.

El servicio de limpieza sin ningún tipo de profesionalismo haciendo ruidos innecesarios tirando puertas hablando en un tono de voz, que no permitía descansar la mañana al huésped, la habitación doble Queen co en la que nos hospedamos demasiado calurosa en mi humilde opinión un Air condición muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación, habitación continuas con perros ruidosos y para colmo una respuesta muda a nuestro pedido de cambiarnos de habitación, ni solucionar los inconvenientes, espero encarecidamente que tomen nota en pos de mejorar el servicio de este hotel. Muchísimas gracias.

Stayed for 3 nights, about 15 mins from south beach I rather not stay on the strip, but the room during the day the room was real stuffy, I wish it would’ve got colder as far as the AC, other than no complaints.

Overall a good hotel, very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is supposed to offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This is not the case. There is a complimentary uber instead, which will do.

This hotel is not too far from the airport and it’s near a number of places to eat within walking distance. However the cleanliness of the hotel is not the best. We’ve stayed here 2 separate occasions and both times the room had pet odors. Which I am assuming is from the carpets. Also the most recent stay there was trash left on the night stand a half empty water bottle and the disposable was used and left out. The iron was also sitting on the nightstand. I’ll never stay here again.

They charge for early check in even up to an hour. We were willing to pay and they told us no rooms were available. 5 minutes later we watched a couple walk right in and be checked in. When we asked about the situation they had no idea what to say and said we would have to wait another hour for a room. When we asked why they charge for early check in when they didn’t the year prior they said “to incentivize the housekeeping to work faster”. I don’t typically complain but I think it’s crazy to tell a customer they have to pay additional for their teak to work efficiently.

The property is ok would stay again if I need a hotel close to airport, but would not recommend the breakfast package. Try First Watch for breakfast which is less than a 10min drive away

Room and location are great. But they have to check water taps because sounds louder especially at night and if there is parking spaces available and I park, why the daily charge for parking.

Everything was excellent. Except for the front desk Hispanic guy who works overnight that came to my room to threatened me and my 3 year old son that it was MY FINAL WARNING FOR NOISE COMPLAINT WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE WE WERE OUT OF THE ROOM THE WHOLE DAY. THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL. HE NEEDS TO GET FIRE AND FIND A JOB NO WHERE WITH THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM A MARRIOT MEMBER AND THIS HOTEL DIS NOT DESERVE MY HARD WORKED MONEY IS A SHAME HE IS HISPANIC LIKE ME. IF I WERE BLACK HE WOULDN'T COME TO MY ROOM. A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE RUNNING AROUND MAKING NOISE AND EVEN THE ELEVATOR BUTTON WAS PUNCHED THOROUGH THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. There is no continental breakfast as advertised, but Starbucks is right next door so this wasn't a problem. The staff were all helpful and the gym was great to use in the morning too.
