I like that it had everything from chairs,umbrella,kitchen supplies to cook and eat with had enough towels for a weeks stay. Just wish the pool would of stayed open longer it doesn't get dark till 9pm.

Very good location, nice quiet apartment, we didn’t hear any neighbors. We stayed a week, kids loved it. Transportation to South Beach and downtown steps away. Nice, heated swimming pool! We are definitely coming back!!

Honestly I was scared because some of the reviews are negative but we had a great time and we had no issues. Everything was clean. The only thing that was kind a pain is the elevator. But other than that it was great.

It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. We were only there two nights. It wouldn’t be a property I would stay in for longer than 2 nights. And the first bed is super uncomfortable. The quality of the towels sheets and even the microwave is like. 2 star they need to invest in new appliances and sheets and towels.

Liked, 1. Apartment super clean. (recommendations: The apartment needs improve some details about the maintenance, but in overall everything was very good) 2. Great location 3. Great view to the intercoastal 4. Very confortable and clean beds and mattress. 5. Great idea to have a private room separated to the other bed. *Apartment Highly Recommended Disliked: 1. Building maintenance. 2. Valet Parking: too slow (it needs a better organization)
