Location is excellent and the property overall is in good condition. We booked through Global Luxury Suites which was probably the worst part of this experience. Host didn’t respond to inquiries. Only one toilet paper roll was provided, no paper towels provided, one portion of laundry detergent was provided (even though you are expected to wash your own towels). The employees at the front desk are hit or miss. We ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper, our own detergent, and our own body wash/shampoo. Even though we were staying at the property for 5 days we were only provided 2 travel size bottles of shampoo and 2 travel size bottles of body wash. The employee at the front desk would only give us one travel size bottle of each at a time and wouldn’t give us any toilet paper, so we ended up just buying everything ourselves at the Walgreens down the street. Valet sometimes take a while, but those gentleman do the best they can. Overall I’d probably stay at this property again, but with a different host.
