Additionally, please kindly note valet parking is not a mandatory service fee at the hotel, but is optional and at the guest’s choice of whether or not to be utilized. Lastly, information pertaining to it is advised of at time of registering the vehicle at valet and upon check-in as well, when guests are asked to sign the registration card, which includes information pertaining to the valet price. When it comes to your comment pertaining an item, which you believe to have left behind on departure from premises, please kindly note this inquiry has been escalated to the Lost & Found team onsite for follow up at this time.
