This facility need a new management It’s really wow from outside but not wow at all once you stay in So many restrictions from number of beach chairs and size of the building capacity to elevators and chairs on the pool Nice decent staff but management need to to invest more in cleaning the beach area upgrade beach chairs and one more elevator instead of restricting it as a service elevator Bottom line it’s not that great

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very large, modern and clean. The property overall was very upscale. The beach/ water could only be seen when looking to the far right off the balcony, and unfortunately the view was mostly facing building next door which is under construction. However, we enjoyed everything else so much and felt the price was a bargain for the size and location, so we did not mind as we spent most of the time on the beach or at the pool anyway. At times, the elevators were a pain and you had to wait 5-10 mins to get one at peak times. It was nice being on the 10th floor, because it was right above the pool on the 9th floor, so I used the stairs to get there instead of the elevator.

Spent a whole day floating around in the beautiful pools and having drinks (very pricey if you get them at the pool side bar) Spent the next day at the beach which is right outside. Our room was great, not surprised as it was awesome the last time we stayed at the property. There is a restaurant but not much around besides other resorts and a gas station across the street (google it though). Definitely go for at least 2 days and make sure you go down to the hollywood strip! Bars and shopping!

The apartments are really nice and have a great view. I don’t like the $40 a day they charge you to use the pool and gym. They also charge almost $40 a day for valet parking which sometimes they make you wait for your car for a long time even though you texted them earlier to have the car ready. The restaurant in the resort looked nice but the prices were very high.

Property is located in a beautiful part of Miami, after along day we wanted to watch some of our favorite shows to find out the TVs do not have streaming applications and the internet was extremely slow. The inside of the apartment was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Besides the long waits for the elevator, all went well

Pros: First, felt safe because you can only go to certain floors with your wristband; You can’t just go onto someone else’s floor. Second, the valet was pretty simple— you leave your car with them then when you want your car, you send them a text and your car will be ready within 15 mins. Cons: First, our AC was working on and off. The freezer wasn’t working at all. I contacted the property for about 2 days then finally reached out to Expedia about the issue. The property finally reached out and sent maintenance over to fix box but issues weren’t resolved. We were finally moved to a new room going on our 4th out of 7 days. Second, although there are 4 elevators, it can take almost 10-15 mins to wait for an elevator as there are 40 floors. Be mindful that using the elevator during check in/check out times will have you waiting longer.

Every morning they ran fire alarm tests at 9 am. Multiple times I also had employees banging on our doors in the earlier hours of the morning when we were trying to relax. The front desk can’t help you with any questions about your room if you are booking through Expedia. The view was nice and the room was spacious. They just shouldn’t be testing the fire alarms every morning when people are on vacation trying to sleep in.
