Clean room but staff was meeting customer service bare minimum. Check in (3/26) starting with cussing because he couldn’t find the pen at the front desk, not describing where the elevators are (had guy in cafe help find those) and when I asked where to find the WiFi via messenger on Expedia, I was replied to After I checked out. I tried to call front desk, if they don’t answer go ahead and try to leave a message… their platform is full and takes no new messages and then hangs up on you. Messy and unprofessional, Do better.
