I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back!

Used as a place to stay while visiting Everglades, Biscayne Nat'l Park, and Shark Valley. Convenient location and close to nearby shops and restaurants. Tranquil grounds and very well kept house and property. Birds, Koi, and Turtles and two outdoor cats kept us and our kid well occupied - this was really a unique property! House was clean with good amenities (induction stove, plates, silverware, microwave, good wifi). Communication with management was very good via Expedia app. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, staff was kind, lovely gardens. Communication was a little challenging. They were responsive, but the messages didn’t load into the app in the normal way.

Garden Oasis

This was an enjoyable stay for my mother & father in law celebrating their 53rd anniversary. They love gardens and enjoyed the serene scenery here. The cabin was in good condition with updated amenities for the kitchenette & shower/bathroom. Owners gave good directions (with video instructions) on how to find the location & self check in. There is a groundskeeper on site, but no concierge. We would love to come back and stay again!

We had a great experience at Tiny Bird House inside Redlands Koi Gardens. The outside gate stays open for the guest from the side street. No issues with using the code to enter the Tiny Bird House. Everything was super simple. The property itself is serene, tranquil and was such a beautiful, relaxing experience. Very nice and helpful staff. Koi ponds throughout, live parrots and two sweet cats are on property as well. Rooms are spacious for "tiny" home dwellings and well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was beautiful!! Living room has trundle for a small child to fur baby to sleep too. Wifi top notch for needing to connect to the net. Highly recommend!!

Note: Self-service check-in. Check email/Expedia for pre- check-in info, including mandatory security deposit. Rooms ("tiny houses") are clean, spacious, well stocked for in-home cook/dine (no chopsticks though), and immersed in nature. Gardens have koi, parrots, fish, and a friendly cat. Very quiet; no events or classes hosted during our stay. HOWEVER, management is horrible. They rent out these houses on 2 websites, don't check for accidental double booking, provided us check-in information for the wrong house, and don't even live in the same country as their rental spaces! We only avoided walking in on a stranger in "our" rental space because the housekeeper told us this at point of arrival. We then had to wait outside in the mosquito-infested gardens (rental is close to the Everglades) for over an hour for this to be fixed, during which I got bit at least 6 times (and I'm horribly allergic to insect bites). I CANNOT recommend this place until management does better.

The tiny house is beautiful! It is truly tiny so may be challenging for people with limited mobility- bed is about 4 feet above floor with small steps. The whole house is about the size of a generous hotel room but with much more storage (lots of drawers) and clever use of space such as an induction cooktop that pulls out like a drawer. The property itself has beautiful Japanese inspired landscaping with small pavilions that we used for dining or sipping coffee and watching the koi swim. There is also a very friendly cat who greeted us by sipping my husbands coffee! The housekeeper is lovely, very welcoming. The only shortcomings were 1) karate classes right outside our window in the evenings (m/w/th) 2) there are still some unfinished areas so view from kitchen window was not very appealing (I expect this will resolve once they are finished fixing up that area of the property) 3) if you need information about things to do in the area you are on your own. It would be great if they had a guide to the area as some vacation homes do We would definitely stay here again! It is such a delightful change from your standard hotel rooms. Perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring the Everglades! And let me put a word in for Yardie Spice restaurant- a little jewel of Carribean / Haitian cooking about twenty min from the house.

I was told by Expedia I could check in at 10am and they confirmed with the property. When I arrived at 11am I was greeted by a man who immediately looked at his watch and said “you’re at little early”. When I replied I had confirmed I could check in at 10 am and began to pull up my messages he threw his hands up and said ok, fine- go drive around the back that’s where you park. He showed us to our accommodation and said we would have “neighbors” that night but that there was a specific patio area just for us. Upon inspecting the tiny home if you don’t like people being able to peer in on you then don’t book this accommodation. None of the windows has blinds or window treatments so people could directly see in. When you go to climb into the bed you can see people directly from there and they can see you- same thing in the shower- and around the home are boxes that our “neighbors” started using to stand on and see in the home. What they don’t tell you is that your “neighbors” are actually and extremely rowdy wedding goers as this accommodation is directly next to where their reception area is for weddings. Behind the tiny home is the catering area for the weddings as well as the guest bathrooms for the wedding guests to use- they also park where we are supposed to park so we spent 20 minutes driving around trying to figure out where to park and then had screaming wedding guests outside the window both nights after returning from my mother-in-law’s funeral services.
