The Elser Hotel Miami
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very accommodating and helpful with printing out my bag tags for my cruise."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I waited for over three hours for them to text me that my room was ready. Every time I went to the counter, I was told that I still had a few people ahead of me. Finally, after the fourth hour, I went back to the counter and spoke with a different representative and was told that my room was ready a while ago, but nobody ever reached out to me. I was very, very frustrated and upset that I could’ve been relaxing instead of sitting in a chair, watching others walk away with their room key as we still sat."
Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG

Pullman Miami Airport

"Clean facility, helpful staff, breakfast was amazing, we stayed only one night, pre cruise! Great views from the higher floors! We didn’t use the pool but it looked fantastic!"
