We recently stayed at these apartments in Miami and overall had a pleasant experience. We really enjoyed the location — it was convenient and close to everything. The view from the window was absolutely stunning, and the interior design of the apartment was modern and stylish, which made our stay very comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, the check-in process was inconvenient — we had to walk three blocks from the building just to pick up the key. It would have been much more convenient if the host had arranged for the key to be available at the reception. Secondly, the dishwasher was broken and leaking, which caused some inconvenience. Also, the furniture in the living room was quite old, especially the sofa, which really needs an update. Despite these issues, the place has great potential with just a few improvements.

Outdated and not well maintained. Couldn’t use the showers (one had a broken handle and the other had a bad leak causing water to accumulate on the floor) or WiFi (our assigned password did not work) durning our stay. However, the location was convenient.

The space was great. The utensils basic. The beds very comfortable. The location was ideal for the beach and eating in the many nearby restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing. The soundproofing of the windows had much to be desired. We arrived on Friday evening. The music from the bar/venue below continued until 2am. Saturday it started from the evening until 9am the next morning. Sunday it was over by 2am. If you are alight sleeper bring ear plugs. The toilet kept running. We called and someone came much later in the day to semi fix it. The Wi-Fi did not work so we ended up having to share the passcode with another apartment.

Nur wenn man es laut mag und wenig Ansprüche hat

Die Lage war super und man hätte einen wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer haben können, ABER man konnte die dreckigen Fensterscheiben leider nicht öffnen... Auch gab es null Schallschutz, so dass man bis zum Feierabend auf der Strasse in der Wohnung mitfeiern musste... Auch war die Ferien-Wohnung mehr als spärlich ausgestattet, denn es gab nicht mal ein Pfeffer/Salz Streuer noch einen Besen, um evtl. etwas Sand zusammen zukehren. Eine kleine Basisaustattung, die wir aus vielen Ferienwohnungen oder Apartments kennen, hätten wir bei dem Preis doch erwartet. Beim nächsten Besuch defintiv ein anderes Haus!

Great experience

Great location! Right on the board walk with ocean view. Joel is very pleasant! Municipal parking and Walgreens very close to the hotel. Will be back again! The only downside are no extra trash bags, napkins, toiletries was provided, curtains doesn’t cover whole window so be ready for bright light at sunrise, no pool, you can hear loud music from the bar downstairs being on the 5th floor

If you value your sleep, this place is not for you located right above a bar that plays music almost all night. There’s no blackout curtains so the sun shines thru to wake you up super early in the morning. And the pillows are flat.

South Beach beauty

Overall a good stay. Fantastic location!! In the heart of all the South Beach fun. Could have used a few convenient items in apartment for the price is.... paper tissues, small bottles for shampoo and bar bath soap. Minor details but definitely a good place to stay

Neatherlands royal stays

To start off I booked to stay at neatherlands on oveans drive on Dec 12, 2017 to stay from march 14-march paid almost 2,000$. On Feb 15th I get a email from jay and maria with Royal Stays company staing they fouble booked our booking withsomeone else and are moving us to a location far off the oceans area. Remember it was 2 months from when we booked and our reservation was 3 weeks away. They moved us to a smaller place less bathrooms smaller kitchen off the beach condo. I called and emailed back and forth with jay and maria for two weeks and all they could offer was 150$ refund whoch I dont think is fair. Tried calling multiple times and many of those times they either either off or on vacation and no one could help. The one positive thing for our stay was with joe the property manager who checked us in he was amazing and very understanding. But other then that having to take uber rides 10$ per ride and we took 4 a day was terrible. With havig to uber to the beach then back home. Then another uber to go back out then back home was very unfair and they only offered 150$ Refund. But with uber alone we spent way more then that.

I chose the room at 1500 sf for the attractive modern style kitchen displayed on the website. I also planned to sleep 6 people initially, but ended up being only four of us. The location for South Beach is right on the strip with access to the beach. It was in close proximity to everything and uber commutes within a 10minute drive can run between $4 to $8.... More so around a dollar a minute. It can be faster to walk than the actual wait and drive. The Hotel Room matched what was shown on the main website. Dishes, soap, towels, iron and board, Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, and more amenities were provided and or available upon request. Management Staff were flexible and available if needed. Regarding hotel conditions I can't give anything more than a 4 on a scale of one to five. As an architect I'm really meticulous to details and aesthetics. Its an apartment not a hotel so some wear and tear should be expected, especially for the location. It was a great stay for South Beach and I'd reccommend the apartment for anyone paying for location.

I like the property for when I need to entertain in SoBe. The service is spotty but always friendly. The units can be a little dated and furnishings old but it's clean and worth the money you pay per night. The washer and dryer combo in each unit is a big plus for extended stays but was broken the last time I was there.

We thought it was a hotel with services but it was just a condo. Never the less the rooms and bathroom were pathetic. The bathroom was really dirty to begin with the tub kept getting choked. When we did try and get in touch with the owners/managers they were no where close to being helpful or even answering the phone. 1/10 calls would be answered/returned. Being the peak of the season we paid USD 2800/4 nights. This place is not worth going to even at 100/night
