Great Location, Amazing Staff, Looking Forward to the Renovations
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic as it's right by the beach with plenty of shops, restaurants, and scenic walking spots nearby. One highlight was The Sandbar off the pier, which is a great place to grab lunch and drinks just a short walk from the hotel.
The staff truly made the stay special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The pool area, beach access, and food on-site were all excellent.
That said, the rooms were a bit of a letdown. They’re currently undergoing renovations, which is promising, but during my stay, I did encounter a couple of roaches in the room on two separate nights. That was definitely unsettling, especially late at night while getting ready for bed. To their credit, the staff responded quickly, sprayed the room and even offered to move me. I declined, assuming it might be a broader issue during construction.
Despite that hiccup, I’d still consider staying here again once the renovations are complete. It’s a great property with a lot of potential and the people who work here really go above and beyond.
