"We really enjoyed our stay at Loews Miami Beach. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The service throughout the hotel was amazing. Everyone from the bell staff to the bartenders and indoor staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The only disappointing part of our stay was the service at the beach. My husband and I were shown to our beach beds, but after that we were pretty much ignored. We asked a few times about ordering drinks and food and were told someone would come back, but unfortunately no one ever did. What made it more frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us being helped while the staff continued to walk past us. We eventually ended up ordering our own food and drinks from a delivery service/ Uber Eats because we couldn’t get service.
That was really the only negative experience we had. Everything else about the hotel and the staff was wonderful, and we would definitely stay at Loews Miami Beach again."
