"We were there for a 3 day vacation. The day of check in we were assigned to 318. Both beds were stained terribly. Housekeeping did come to change the linen but the mattress cover was so old it began to fall all over the floor. We were there at 3 pm but didn't get checked in until almost 6 p.m. The hotel decided to move us to 418. This room was ♿️ handicap accessible but was all they had available to us. They worked on the door card reader at least 2 hours with no luck. The next day after...

"Stayed at this hotel prior to catching a Cruise out of Miami Port. We were picked up by the hotel shuttle at the FFL Airport. The hotel is located in a great area of Diana Beach close to airport. Our room was great, Love that you got Glassware and ceramic mugs for coffee maker. That shows this hotel has class. Nearby was Diana Point plaza full of restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and safe. Lots of Police and security. Restaurants were expensive, some lower priced were also available....

"I booked this particular hotel because of the hot tub, I called and asked upon arrival if the hot tub was available today, it was advised yes. When I went downstairs to use the hot tub it wasn’t working, maintenance came out to confirm that it was down and not heating properly. Disappointed definitely, could have booked elsewhere and received what I wanted."

"There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, the lamps were rusted,, AC didn't cool the room below 73 even though it was set to 60. Shower was rusty, unclean, no bodywash and only 2 towels . There were a lot of sketchy people a few doors down from our room. A homeless man came into the lobby for breakfast. Only way to get ice was to go into the lobby then go upstairs, I was in the very back of the property in a totally different building. Their breakfast was toated items, mini muffins,...

"First of all, the shuttle took over an hour to pick us up at the airport, and because he was late and unapologetic, we didn’t tip him. He had the audacity to become angry about not receiving a tip and questioned us about it. Once we arrived at the hotel, staff was OK. They weren’t overly friendly and they weren’t really friendly. I found that the other patrons were friendlier than staff when I stay here again most likely not."

"Well the room was large had 2 window balcony nice kitchen and bed was comstable also had good black out shades for sleeping would come back again so close to the beach too I would recommend for anybody they also have 2 and 3bedroom suites we had a king suite deluxe was nice and large"

"Priscilla was excellent. She was so friendly and explained everything so thoroughly. Also, the valet parking was awesome. Those guys were on top of it. Great value and close to the airport."
