"I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!!
Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"
