"Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Cardiff City. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Rooms are basic and this is exactly as advertised, bed was comfy, only one pillow each but it was good quality. Room only had one towel, unsure if that is on purpose.
