"This property was everything I needed to be. I was looking for a relaxing time away from kids and that’s exactly what my experience was at Live Aqua. There was just the right amount of things to do that also allowed you to relax in between. Note this is NOT a party resort but your experience will be whatever you make it by the entertainment provided. My only complaint would be the amount of mosquitos that would enter our room due to daily room services, but what can expect when you’re in their climate lol. Also if you can get a room with the private check-in and butler service do it! You’ll have a chance to grab some premium drinks, if thats what you like. Overall I would love to make a trip back, the staff really goes above and beyond to make the experience wonderful!! "

"I absolutely loved my stay at Excellence Punta Cana! The resort has a beautiful, spacious layout with everything from the beach to the dining areas designed for comfort and relaxation. The service was excellent—truly above and beyond what I’m used to, whether I was lounging by the beach or enjoying dinner. The atmosphere had more of a grown and sophisticated vibe, and during my visit, the crowd leaned a bit older, which made for a calm and relaxing experience. The food options were great, and I especially enjoyed the coffee shop that also served ice cream. I highly recommend joining the Excellence Club—it’s worth it for the exclusive restaurant access and top-shelf alcohol. Overall, this resort delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere. I would definitely return!"

"I am amazed. After 2 years since I visited Dominican Republic, I returned with my Fiancée to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We had an incredible time, 80% of that was to the ambiance, the incredible, top notch service we received from ALL staff members. From the servers in all restaurants to the bartenders, the check in personnel, the live entertainment staff team. We did not want to leave. It was a joke in paradise. Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and neat. The fact is delicious. If you want a perfect, quiet getaway this Palace is the place to go. "

"We had lots of fun taking our grands to the explorer club during family time. Our family found this resort very walkable, but there are golf carts you can flag down all day long. DO NOT think that the sales pitch for Hyatt will be less than the promised 90 minutes or less. Ours was 3 hours long!!!??"
