"The young lady working at the front desk was wonderful and helping me with a problem. Expedia did a terrible job. Expedia would not accept the card number provided to the clerk from Expedia for the reservation, claiming that the reservation had been made through a third-party. Even though I had an Expedia confirmation number they continually insisted that it was not an Expedia reservation.
