"Under staffed, no coffee or cups, toilet seat didn’t stay up, storage room was locked and no one had a key, outside trash can was full , room doors didn’t shut all the way had to push them closed, You need to hire more staff and PROPERLY train them."

"Easy parking. Surrounded by very busy roadways. Nice grille restaurant in parking lot otherwise no where to walk. Decent breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. No outdoor grounds other than a few tables out front. Thought price was high for what you got. Staff extremely friendly and free cookies delicious"

"It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...

"It was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. It was clean, staff was friendly, met my needs. Breakfast was not served, but for the price, I can get breakfast at a restaurant, which are close by."
