"Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. "

"The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit "
