"The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room. "

"No one there for check in i had to call the number above the door, was told the room number and the key was inside on the table. The room was dirty, stains over the bed, holes in walls, front door wouldnt lock. My calls to owner went unanswered, my partner back in Qld rang him and demanded all this be rectified as it wasnt safe for a female to be in an unlockabke room, he arrive 30mins later saw it wouldnt lock and put me in another room that did lock, 1st night there was a lady outside walking...

"This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all."

"after stopping by from seeing penguin, i think this is the great place for staying over night. location only few minutes from penguin place and closed to big supermarket and cafes, but you must hv yr own car though.beach is only few minutes walk.I am not sure when summer, because I only experience in winter on july."

Also not a fan of the toilet and bathroom being together, especially when it's a 2 bedroom apartment so you are likely to have 4 ppl staying at the same time. The blinds didn't cover the window fully, there were plenty gap on the side, if you are a light sleeper you gonna be waking up early. Lots of foot traffic, some large groups of teens, being on the main road, so having secure gates was a good...
