"Staff lovely room very basic and wasn’t an easy accessible bathroom with very basic furniture and small bed the balcony door did not lock and although the staff tried to lock it were unable to and the air-conditioner kept turning on and off regardless of whether I tried to turn it off manually we had a seafood tower which was the smallest oysters I’ve ever seen four prawns, lettuce cups, one piece of fish extremely overpriced and underwhelming."
"My sister and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at Rydges Port Macquarie this month (Sep-2026). We were there to visit my sister's son and family while his daughters were performing in the their primary school's spectacular which was held at the Glasshouse a few metres away from the hotel. We had a wonderful time."
"The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I deducted a star for the shared bathroom, they are in really bad condition and the showers were a bit gross and has limited space to put your items while you shower."
"We stayed in what I would car park view and ocean view room two seperate single night stop overs. Echo most reviews the car park view bathroom is dated but the room is modern spacious and having 24hr front desk pool and expansive grounds is what we wanted.
Ocean view room had upgraded and more spacious bathroom, and the view from the 4th floor is great. But if looking for a comfy overnight stay that is above a motel you won't go wrong."
