"For what the property is, it was very good value for money. The rooms are clean. The towels are new and big. The bed linen in new and clean. The property and the rooms are somewhat dated, but you are getting what you pay for and a little bit more."

"The new rooms have a lovely view overlooking Cooma and surrounds. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything in the adjacent rooms. The staff were very friendly though and the location was very convenient. Just a shame about the building quality."

"Quiet and clean Excellent customer service Loved the Bar Lettera restaurant. North Syd like a ghost town on weekends, but hop on a bus and you can be in George St in no time . Would stay here again for sure"

Lounge is dirty. 10am checkout is unheard of these days, most places are 11am checkout and often agree to a complimentary 12pm checkout when requested, which is a lovely touch!
