"Room was nicely clean, staff was so helpful and clear, balcony wasn’t open for our stay so I wasn’t charged for the upgrade and was able to still get a room with a view(of the Empire State Building, Madison square garden, penn station) MSG was kiddy corner from the hotel New Yorker. Everything you need is around you. We would definitely stay here again. Hotel is beautiful. You just have to stay her to feel this beautiful experience we had. "

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"The beds are very tiny and if you plan to share the bed with an adult, very crowded. The rooms are pretty small, but I figured that’s because it’s New York and they make the most of their space. The hotel was awesome and let us check in at 9 AM in the morning with no extra charge after we flew overnight. The baggage storage is through a second company you have to pay per bag when you’re storing it when you check out that was kind of a bummer. The hotel is absolutely the perfect location if you’re here for the city and seeing Broadway shows."
