"Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money."

"I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The Bistro/restaurant was great. The bartender, Lindsay, was pleasant and efficient. Their fries are the best and the Buffalo fried chicken sandwich was yummy. I booked my shuttle the previous evening for 5:20 AM and it was ready and waiting. I would stay here again. "

"Poor. When I got to the hotel we were not greeted as we stood at the front desk. When someone finally did ask us if we were checking in, I was told to please tap my card. Since I had prepaid for the room I asked if it was for just a damage hold. The lady at the front desk said “you have to pay to stay here.” I told her I had prepaid and she said no I didn’t. I again said that I had while pulling up the receipt on my phone and she said that it told her to collect payment for the room and again...

"My husband found the hot tub to not be hot. In fact when splashes from the pool landed on him, he found that water warmer. Bed, pillows very comfortable. Very clean & well maintained. Staff friendly, polite, and helpful."

"Hotel was great. Security officer working at this location was terrible. Aggressively approached a group of adults in the pool area and started yelling about how there are no beverages allowed in the pool area. We were all confused because we didn’t see a sign anywhere. We were compliant and understanding, agreed to dispose of drinks. Security officer continued to be unnecessarily aggressive about it."
